The Outdoor event “Tour de Galicica” will take place, for the fourth time, from the 16th to the 18th of June 2017. We are really pleased and honored to invite you to be our guests this year too.
The organizer of the above mentioned event is the Cycling-mountaineering club “Prespa Bike- Resen”. We have some novelties and some changes which will be part of the three-day event this year. The good old recreational cycling tour through the slopes of the National Park Galicica is there. The mountaineering tour to the highest peak of the Galicica mountain (Magaro 2255 mamsl) is a novelty. Same as the previous years, we offer you the possibility to camp in our camp full of fun activities, but this year the camp is at a new location. The camp will be in Resen, more precisely at the place called “Kasarna”.
The cycling tour is 71km long. The start and the finish are at the square in Resen. The start is at 9 o’clock.

The gathering place for the mountaineering tour will be the camp. We will have organized transport to Galicica at 9 o’clock. The whole length of the hiking tour is 7,5km, and the overall denivelation is 1300m. All the people that are interested in the hiking tour should apply until 15th June the latest because the transportation to Galicica needs to be organized. The starting kit for the hiking tour is 400-450 denars, depending on the number of participants. The paying is then and there.
The starting kits will include a t-shirt, some water, refreshing drinks, some magnesium powder and some snacks.

All the participants take part at their own risk.
With the start, the participants agree that the organizer does not take responsibility for the participants’ actions towards themselves and toward the other participants.
Underage children are not allowed to participate, except with a parent or a person with a custody.
Equipment: to participate, you need to wear a cycling helmet and technically good mountain bike, and appropriate shoes and hiking clothes for the hiking tour.
The organizer keeps the right to make some necessary changes, for which you will be timely informed.
