The cold north east winds past 3 days brought the first snow at the ski regions. Almost everywhere in Macedonia we have snow layer above 1000 meters. From Ponikva, Krushevo to the mountains to the west and south.
In Mavrovo and the surroundings of the ski center last night a snow layer of 10-15 cm was formed, more in the higher zones. The temperature during the day was -3 ° C around the Mavrovo lake.
If these weather conditions are maintained, the ski center would have all the ideal conditions for checking the new snowcanon system well.
We expect a long and successful ski season in Mavrovo and deep in the mountain!
