Hike from Veshala (1250m) to Karanikola Lake (2210m), in the Shar mountains of Macedonia. Karanikola Lake sits just below the saddle between Mt. Karanikolica (2409m) and Mt. Sheremetnica (2350m) which lies just on the border with Kosovo. We were visited by wolves in the middle of the night.
